ANUTTARA REWARD POINTS

Am I entitled to reward points as a Temporary Anuttara Member?

No. You can start earning reward points only after you become a Permanent Member. As a Temporary Anuttara member, you accumulate your purchases to Rs. 35,000 to become a Permanent Anuttara member, after which you can start earning points.

Will my older transactions be taken into account for my point calculation?

No. All transactions after you receive the Anuttara Card will be taken into account for your points calculation.

How much time does it take to update my points? Can I redeem my points, which I have earned in the same transaction?

It takes 7 working days to update your points. No, you cannot redeem your points in the same transaction in which you have earned it. So if you have shopped for Rs.15,000 and earned 150 points, These 150 points can only be redeemed in the next transaction.

Can I transfer my points to another card?

No. The points are not transferable.

By mistake, we have got 2 cards, one for me and one for my wife. Can we merge the two cards?

Yes. You can merge two cards. You have to send the two cards to the Anuttara Customer Care at Bangalore. Both these cards will be cancelled and a new card will be issued which will have all the previous points.

Can my friends and relatives shop using my Anuttara Card?

No. Only the cardholder in whose name the card has been issued should use the card.

I have shopped for 3 Lakhs and above but I still got the regular Anuttara card in the store? Is the Anuttara Royale & Anuttara Card same?

Anuttara Royale card has a purple band. At the store all members get the Anuttara Card. The Anuttara Royale cards are couriered to the members.

What is the redemption process?

You have to visit any Tanishq store and make a purchase. If you wish to redeem your points “you have to show your Anuttara card confirm your phone number or address or e-mail id. Once the same is done, the cashier will deduct the Anuttara points from your bill.”

Can I redeem my points without getting my card?

No you can redeem points only on showing your “Anuttara Card”

 

ANUTTARA AND GOLDEN HARVEST SCHEME

Can all the Golden Harvest Members enroll for Anuttara?

Only the new (from 1st Jan 2010) Golden Harvest Members can enroll for Anuttara. Irrespective of your installment amounts, you can enroll for Anuttara!

Do I earn points for the installments I pay towards the Golden Harvest Scheme?

You cannot earn points for installments as you are only saving the amount with us. You will earn points in case you purchase jewellery from Tanishq using the Anuttara Card. You will earn points only when you purchase jewellery after your GHS gets matured.

 

ANUTTARA AND ZOYA

It’s my understanding that Zoya is a part of Tanishq family. So, can I enroll for Anuttara by purchasing jewellery at Zoya?

Yes, you can enroll for Anuttara through jewellery purchases made at the Zoya stores.

Do I earn points for purchasing jewellery at Zoya? Can I also redeem my Anuttara points at Zoya?

You earn Anuttara points for purchases made at Zoya. You can redeem points at any of the Tanishq stores across India including Zoya.
