i. 24kt, 22kt, 18kt Gold Jewlery products (including those not purchased from Tanishq, Zoya or Mia by Tanishq) will be accepted for exchange at Tanishq stores , as per the terms and conditions laid down by the Company.

ii. Only Plain Gold jewelry products are accepted for exchange under the policy.

iii. No exchange is available for studded products.

iv. The product/products will be valued after purity determination by the Karatmeter available at the store and melting.

v. No cash refund will be provided for exchange.

vi. Exchange is applicable only at Tanishq stores and is not applicable for an online transaction.

vii. The calculation is an approximate estimate based on online Gold rate and will vary daily based on the gold rate of that day.

Products purchased from the Website may only be exchanged at Tanishq, Mia by Tanishq or Zoya stores

1.Tanishq, Mia by Tanishq , Zoya Products Exchange :

a) Jewellery sold through any Tanishq / Mia by Tanishq / Zoya outlet or the respective brand websites, as applicable, will be accepted for exchange at the store, as per the prevailing terms and conditions of the exchange policy which is operated at the discretion of the Company

b) 24kt, 22kt, 18kt, 14kt gold and studded jewellery, and platinum jewellery will be accepted for exchange after due examination for purity, defects, weights and originality, damage or stone defects (cracks, replacements, alterations) including the Company/Brand mark / logo. In case of any discrepancy in the product, it will not be accepted for exchange.

c) For any exchange, original invoice and certificate of authenticity must be produced.

d) The terms for valuation of the product is given below,

i. Gold / plain platinum products will be valued at 100% prevailing metal rate at the respective stores on the day of exchange.

ii. Diamonds (on studded gold / platinum products) will be valued at 100% prevailing stone rate on the day of exchange.

iii. Solitaire (loose solitaire/ Studded gold or platinum solitaire jewellery) will be valued at 100% prevailing stone rate if customer buys studded gold / studded platinum product against the exchange

iv. Solitaire (loose solitaire/ Studded gold or platinum solitaire jewellery) will be valued at 90% prevailing stone rate if the customer buys plain gold / plain platinum product or coin against exchange.

v. No exchange for Solitaires of 2 carats and above

vi. Other Studded products will be valued at 80% of prevailing value of the product

vii. Any other category of products not mentioned above will need to be checked with the respective stores for the prevailing terms and conditions

viii. Making charges, taxes, and any discount given on the original invoice, will be deducted in full.
