So it's a long story, but before that I would like to thank Mr.Akhshay Gurav who was the salesperson who attended me. He was very cooperative, very patient, very humble and he went out of his way to help me. So here begins my short story.. ? I wanted to buy a ring for myself for my engagement. So the problem was my ring size wasn't available anywhere. I had initially visited the pune Kalyani Nagar Tanishq outlet yesterday and the staff there as well was very cooperative but because my size wasn't available I was highly disappointed. I visited almost 10 different jewellery shops after that, but nothing worked in my favour. Finally I decided to go to the Tanishq outlet in Mumbai, Andheri West. And finally Mr. Akhshay Gurav came as a ray of hope?. He helped me with a solution. Also to mention, I had liked a unique ring from their collection which I had seen on their site and I was really lucky to exactly get the same ring guess what! in my size. So all in all I am really grateful to Mr. Gurav for helping me out and I would highly recommend Tanishq as they really treat their customers very specially, put in extra efforts.
