Was a good experience with the sales executive Mr. Roy, very helpful with every information and couteous. The collection is great and varied in rings, bracelet, and bangles. One backlog is that they just dont have women rings for the size of 8-10, 10 was there but too less collection to like it. But whatever they have is awesome. Grear experience with Tanishq. Would like to recommed Tanishq rather than Anjali Jewellers.

Good collection and very helpful staff. This shop is specifically for little light weight jewellery. Not much heave bridal wear jewellery is available.

Excellent Behavior by Bipul Paul ?

In City center 1, it is located on the outside beside Manyavar. This outlet is very well-maintained, nice staff and decent collection. We had a better experience here compared to other Tanishq branches that we have visited. We were attended by Bipin Paul and Shirsha Mukherjee. Shirsha showed us the women finger ring options and helped us shortlist a few according to our preference. Bipin explained the price breakup and diamond quality, payment options, discounts & services offered by Tanishq post-purchase. Note about ring sizes - tanishq mostly stocks women ring size 12-14 in store. But my partner has smaller size 9-10, which had very less stock (in all tanishq branches, not just here). You can custom order any ring size (with any diamond quality) for delivery, but that takes about 30-45 days. But since we didn't have enough time, we had to decide between 2 options only. Keep this delivery time in mind if you have a special event scheduled. We decided to complete the purchase there. They answered all our doubts and offered honest suggestions while choosing. We had very good experience as a first-time buyer. Cons - 1. Tanishq should stock more rings for smaller sizes like 9 or 10. 2. The store tried to sell their monthly savings scheme too hard - i didn't like that. It's fine to explain the offer and benefits, but don't keep pushing multiple times when i am clearly saying no to it.
