What are NeuCoins?

NeuCoins are the rewards you earn when you spend in our connected Neu world. You can redeem them not just at Titan but on Tata Neu and across several participating brands like Tata 1mg, bigbasket, Croma, Tata Cliq, Westside, IHCL, Air Asia and more. NeuCoins remain valid for 365 days, but you can make them last forever. Every time you earn or use NeuCoins, their validity gets extended by another 365 days.

Note: Earning NeuCoins is not applicable to the purchase of Gold Coins/Biscuits or Silver Coins from Tanishq

What happens to my Encircle Points & Tier?

The Encircle Loyalty program continues as an engagement program in a better avatar where you will continue to enjoy offers from various Titan company brands, get access to exclusive events & experiences and enjoy many more benefits. Only the Points earning and redemption on your purchases will get integrated with NeuPass.

All the Encircle points you have earned will remain as they are. You can redeem them at Titan stores or websites until they expire. To be able to use NeuCoins with Titan, ensure that you first redeem all Encircle points. However from now onwards you will start earning the points as NeuCoins on all your future purchases.

Your Encircle Tier will remain. You will be able to see it in the NeuPass program as a badge. So, if you have a gold tier in Encircle, it will reflect as a gold badge in NeuPass.
