About the Encircle Program

The Encircle program is a unified customer engagement program for all Titan brands where the members can enjoy benefits & experiences as well as earn & redeem loyalty points with every purchase. The program is integrated with the Tata group loyalty program NeuPass and every time you spend with Titan or other Tata brands that are partnered with NeuPass program, you get to earn loyalty points in the form of NeuCoins. Within Titan brands, NeuCoins can be earned and redeemed across all company brand stores or e-commerce websites across our brands - Tanishq, Mia, Zoya, World of Titan, Fastrack, Helios, Titan EyePlus, Skinn, Irth, Taneira and Beyon.

What is NeuPass?

NeuPass is a power-packed rewards program that lets you earn more with every spend and unlock delightful rewards:

• Earn NeuCoins* on purchase across Titan brands and other participating Tata brands
• Minimum 5% NeuCoins* on Tata Neu app/website
• Get additional benefits across Tata brands including Titan brands.
• Additional 2% NeuCoins* with Tata NeuCard Plus credit card & additional 5% NeuCoins* with Tata NeuCard Infinity credit card. Applicable on both HDFC and SBI NeuCard.

What are NeuCoins?

NeuCoins are rewards you earn on Tata Neu and our associated partner brands. You can redeem them not just at Titan but on Tata Neu and across participating brands like Tata 1mg, BigBasket, Croma, Tata CLiQ, Westside, IHCL, Air Asia and more. 1 NeuCoin = ₹1 savings*. NeuCoins remain valid for 365 days, but you can make them last forever. Every time you earn or use NeuCoins, their validity gets extended by another 365 days.

On Tata Neu app and website, you can earn NeuCoins based on the NeuPass tier assigned to you

What happens to my Encircle Points & Tier?

The erstwhile Encircle loyalty program continues as a customer engagement program within the Tata NeuPass group loyalty program where you will continue to enjoy offers from various Titan brands like Tanishq, Mia, Zoya, World of Titan, Fastrack, Helios, Titan EyePlus, Skinn, Irth, Taneira and Beyon, get access to exclusive events & experiences and enjoy many more benefits.

As part of the merger of the programs in April 2023, issuance of Encircle points was stopped and NeuCoins were issued. Customers with Encircle points balance were communicated a deadline of March 2025 for expiry of Encircle points. At present, no Encircle points are available or valid and customers can only earn/redeem NeuCoins.

Your Encircle Tier will remain. You will be able to see it in the NeuPass program as a badge. So, if you have a gold tier in Encircle, it will reflect as a Titan Gold Badge in NeuPass.

Who can register for the Encircle Program?

Membership is voluntary and open to all Indian citizens above 18 years and with a valid Indian mobile number. The Titan Encircle membership is only for individual use and not for corporate purchases. The Titan Encircle membership is non-transferable. Offers/ benefits/ discounts offered to the Encircle member are limited to the respective individual only. These offers are not transferable to other Encircle member/ non-member. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together.

How Do I Enroll at Titan Encircle?

• Upon signing up on our e-commerce websites, you will be added to Titan Encircle as a Silver tier member.
• You can also enroll on the program through our stores by expressing your intent to the cashier at the time of billing and providing your details (First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number are mandatory).
• Once your details are registered, a membership number will be assigned to you, and your unique registered mobile number will be mapped against this membership number. Each mobile number can only be mapped to one Titan Encircle membership. Please note that your name and mobile number are mandatory for this process. OTP verification is a must to enroll.

What are the Tiers and NeuCoins Available on Titan Encircle?

• Titan Encircle offers three tiers of membership - Silver, Gold, and Platinum
• Refer to NeuPass FAQs for tier wise NeuCoin earning structure.
• To get upgraded from one tier to the next, you would need the following amount of NeuCoins:
  • From Silver to Gold tier - 500 NeuCoins
  • From Gold to Platinum tier - 3000 NeuCoins
• All NeuCoins earned will be updated in your account within 24 - 48 hours of the transaction at stores. NeuCoins earned on any of the ecommerce websites will be unlocked and credited to your account after 30 days of the transaction. The earned NeuCoins will be in locked state for 30 days from the purchase date.
• The NeuCoins earned are valid for 12 months from the date of last transaction.
• NeuCoins/tier will be calculated at the end of the day, and the new tier will start the next day.
• Value of NeuCoins redeemed in a transaction will not be considered as part of the eligible amount for earning NeuCoins. If the entire transaction amount is paid using NeuCoins, no additional NeuCoins will be earned. In case of partial redemption, only the remaining payable amount will be considered eligible for earning NeuCoins.
• Any transactions that avail discount using the product level coupon are not eligible for earning NeuCoins.

What Will Happen to My Points When Products are Returned?

When you return/change products that you have purchased, the NeuCoins earned on the transaction will be deducted from your overall NeuCoins balance.

How Do I Redeem My Welcome Gift Voucher?

When you join Encircle, you will receive a Gift Voucher via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. This can be redeemed at any of the Titan brand stores.

Steps to Redeem:

• Step 1: Visit any of our stores to redeem your gift voucher.
• Step 2: While billing please provide the cashier with the Gift Voucher code sent to you.
• Step 3: The cashier will apply your Gift Voucher code to the bill and your voucher will be redeemed.

Please note:

• Your Welcome Gift Voucher can only be redeemed once on the respective channels.
• Offers are fixed to their respective channel and the tier into which you have enrolled.
• Your Welcome Gift Voucher will be valid for six months from your date of enrolment.

What Privileges Do I Get as Part of the Encircle Program? (Tata Neu)

• Birthday and Wedding Anniversary Offers: You can get exclusive offers on your birthday or wedding anniversary which can be availed at any of the Titan stores (Tanishq, Mia, Zoya, World of Titan, Fastrack, Helios, Titan EyePlus, Skinn, Taneira). The offer will be active in your account only for 30 days (15 days before and after the date of your birthday/wedding anniversary). You can avail all offers but will be restricted to only one-time redemption for each brand during the offer period.
• Exclusive Preview: You get to be the first to check out our new products at exclusive product previews, which will be communicated to you two or three days in advance.
• Free Cleaning: You can avail free cleaning services for your Jewellery and watches on request. The store will use approved and friendly liquids/cloth while cleaning your Jewellery and watches.
• Free Eye Check-up & Eyewear Servicing: You can avail free servicing for your eyewear. You can opt for a reminder for an eye test and contact lens refill every 6 months and we’ll help you mark your calendar. Please note that the eye check-up service is free for Encircle members at all EyePlus stores.
• Titan & Partner Brand offers: Being an Encircle esteemed member, you will get some exciting benefits from Titan brands as well as associated partner brands. You may stand a chance to get access to some of the most popular events across multiple cities in India.
