With just a tap, your gift is on its way. The recipient gets a gentle nudge to claim it.
Step 3: That’s it!
Once claimed, they’ll receive it instantly. If unclaimed in 7 days, the amount is safely refunded to you.
To gift Digi Gold, log in to your account, select the “Gift Digi Gold” option, enter the recipient’s details (such as mobile number or email), specify the gold amount or value in grams, add a personal message if desired, and complete the payment. The recipient will receive a notification with instructions to claim the gift.
You typically need the recipient’s mobile number, If their email is linked to that number, it will be fetched automatically. Otherwise, you can enter the email manually. Please make sure the details are accurate, as the gift notification and claim instructions will be sent to the recipient using this information.
Once you send a gift, the recipient will receive an email notification. When they log in to the Tanishq website, they’ll also see a popup like notification. From there, they can securely and quickly claim your Digi Gold gift.
