Offer-structure

Addition points to note -

• There is no FOC offers for Gold Coins, Silver Coins, Loose Solitaire.
• The FOC offer slab qualification is based on the product value before discount and inclusive of the GST.
• Entry complexity or fixed making charges product (8%, 349/- & 399/-) will not qualify for the FOC coin offer. Stores will have details regarding such products.
• Free 5 gm silver coin - Only one FOC silver coin for one bill with min value less than applicable for FOC gold coin.
  • For Plain Group - applicable on less than 15 gm purchase.
  • For Studded Group -
    • applicable on less than Rs.20,000 Studded purchase.
    • less than Rs.35000 purchase of Studded and Platinum Solitaires.
    • less than 15 grams of purchase of Plain Platinum / Bi-metal & Color Stones.
• Gold Intensive studded products will not be eligible for FOC offer.
  
  Certain products like - Navaratna finger ring, Thali kodi chain, Gold intensive Bracelets, Diamond waist belts, Kundan polki with diamond products and select South India Studded jewelry whose product codes are available and communicated with store have a high gold content and do not qualify as regular Diamond Studded jewelry. Frequently Asked Questions -

What are the terms for issuing the FoC coins?

• Exchange of FOC coins shall not be allowed during the offer period.
• Computation of FOC coin offer eligibility will be considered with TAX.
• In case of 2 or more invoices made by a customer on the same day, same store at the same time boutique can issue FOC gold coins taking into consideration total value or weight of both invoices. In this case, it is mandatory that both/all invoices should be in the same Customer ID and should be signed by the same customer.
  • For eg : If Invoice No.3031 for studded is valued at Rs.180,000, then customer will get 9 gold coins taking into consideration RS.20,000 or multiples of Rs.20,000 as criteria for issuing FOC gold coin and customer also buys Rs.1,20,000/- vide Invoice no. 3041 on the same day, customer will get 6 gold coins.
• The above clause is applicable even if you are billing Advance order or customer order where gold rate is frozen.

Can other offers/discounts be clubbed with this offer?

Tata Shop Share Smile & Cashback offers if available during the FOC offer period can be clubbed along with this offer. Any other offers/ Discounts cannot be clubbed with this offer. For instance in case a customer wishes to avail her employee discount, then he/she shall not be eligible for the FoC offer.

Can the Encircle Points be redeemed with offer?

Yes, encircle points can be redeemed during this offer period along with FOC gold coin offer.

Will customer orders be eligible for the FoC offer?

Customer-order products that get invoiced during the offer-period will be eligible for the FOC coins as per the offer-slabs applicable to their respective product group.

In case of customer–order placed in both Plain and Studded group but not invoiced during the offer period, the customer WILL BE eligible for the offer only in case of 100% advance payment.

What happens if customer pays by cheque in the offer period?

In case the customer pays by cheque, boutique shall raise advance order booking with 100% payment, after the realization of the cheque which is normally 4 working days boutique shall approach commercial team with the copy of the advance order booking and statement from bank confirming credit to Titan. Based on these documents, we can enable FOC offer for the specific order. This is solely basis the payment coming through within 5 days.

What if a GRN happens for a product purchased during the offer period for which the FoC offer was availed?

Products purchased before the offer period and GRNed during the offer period will not be eligible for the FOC coins. However, FoC coins may be issued based on the extent of the differential amount in case the value / weight of the alternative purchase exceeds that of the original purchase.

What documentation is required from the customer for availing of this offer?

Acknowledgement by way of signature, name and mobile no . Of customer has to be mandatorily taken on the invoice / cash memo, for future internal audit references. Customer invoice should be raised in valid names. No cash sale name is allowed to be used for issuing FOC coin.

Can customer accrue points during FOC offer:

From 1st April 2016 onwards, customers purchasing any products during offer period (all company driven FOC offer schemes including new store launch offer) will not be accruing Encircle points. However, if any customer chooses not to use FOC offer then he/she is eligible to get Encircle points.

However, customers can redeem Encircle points during the offer period.

Can a customer buy FOC coins by purchase?

The coins meant for offer (i.e FOC coins) are only for a new store launch. Showrooms cannot make retail sales of these coins to the customer.

• This offer is valid for a specific period and specific store only.
